Detached upstairs holiday cottage, semi-detached house with the owner’s home. Near the Forest. On the ground floor: laundry room, garage, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Upstairs: fully equipped kitchen, TV area, and Wi-Fi. Bathroom with a shower, towel warmer, and separate toilet. Access via a spiral staircase to the bedroom with 3 beds (90 x 200cm beds), beds made on arrival; option to use only 2 single beds separated by a folding screen; 1 vented column fan, 1 standing fan, and 1 large table fan; TV. Shared courtyard, private garage, green spaces (pétanque court: equipment provided), shared outdoor unheated Piscine (9.40 x 5.60 m) with the owner, accessible from May 15 through the end of September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Bathroom linen provided. Baby-friendly holiday cottage (bottle warmer, changing pad, high chair, Umbrella bed, and baby bathtub on site). Fondue and raclette sets. Small library for adults, children’s books and picture books, board games. Non-smoking holiday cottage. Housekeeping included.
