This comfortable Holiday cottage is located on the raised first floor of a Detached house, with the upper floor unoccupied, guaranteeing peace and quiet. Close to the City with the peace and quiet of the Countryside.

The Holiday cottage has a double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with quality bedding.
The large bathroom offers all the comforts you could wish for, with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, plenty of storage space and a double washbasin.
The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, etc.) opens onto a bright living room with a TV connected to Orange TV.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace leading, after a few steps, to a large, fully fenced garden with trees and an orchard. An ideal setting for relaxing or sharing a meal in the sunshine. An electric barbecue is available.
A garage is available for parking a car or several motorcycles. There's also a closed, secure storage area for your bicycles. An additional parking space is available in the driveway in front of the garage. For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the cellar. Electric shutters are fitted to all windows.
