First floor: 1 fitted kitchen with access to terrace, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with double bed (1.6o x 2.oo), 1 large bathroom with shower, double washbasin, washing machine. 1 separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 2-person bed (1.40 x 1.90), 1 bedroom with two beds (0.90 x 1.90) and a sofa bed, 1 office room with the possibility of a bed (0.90 x 1.90), a 2nd shower room with washbasin, shower and WC. Next to the gîte is private parking under a covered shelter in the courtyard and a private terrace. End-of-stay cleaning, utilities and heating included. Tourist taxes extra.
