Bungalow 100m2 on shared Piscine. In an exceptional, peaceful setting by the Piscine, this new 108m² house, close to the owner's house, will enchant you with its decor, comfort and friendly welcome. The use of antique regional furniture and locally woven linen (kelsch), in a happy blend with more contemporary elements of quality favors the warm atmosphere of the Holiday cottage. Surrounded by the dry sub-Vosgian hills, its exceptional vineyards and the Vosges Forest, the Holiday cottage is set in a quiet location at the top of the village, overlooking the valley. For safety reasons, this Holiday cottage is not suitable for young Kids (the Piscine is on the edge of the terrace). It is also not suitable for water-based recreational activities, as the outside space is taken up by deckchairs, which means peace and quiet for users.

1 bedroom with quality bedding 160X200 (ground floor), upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90X200 possible assembly into 1 bed 180X200, 1 bed 90x200 on mezzanine. Central vacuuming, underfloor heating, terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, wifi, flat-screen TV with TNT reception.
Piscine (10x5 m) secured by electric curtain, shared with a 2-person Holiday cottage and the owner. To ensure peace and quiet by the Piscine, noisy games, jumping and diving are prohibited. Private garage closed by electric sectional door and remote-controlled gate. Accessible to people with motor, visual, mental and hearing disabilities, Tourism and Handicap label.

The garage reserved for people with motor disabilities is on the same level as the Holiday cottage.
