This comfortable Holiday cottage is ideal for two people, located on the 1st floor of an annex to the owners' house.

It comprises a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with sofa bed (140x190). Sleeping on the sofa bed is available by adding the option of an extra person when booking.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and more. It opens onto a convivial lounge area. The apartment has two satellite TV sets.

You'll enjoy the comfort of reversible air conditioning (heating in winter), as well as electric shutters in all rooms.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, ironing board and iron (available on request).

Umbrella beds and high chairs are available for babies.

Outside, you'll benefit from a private parking space in the cul-de-sac and another in the enclosed courtyard. There's also a secure bicycle storage area.

The garden, shared with the owners, includes a private area for your use. A gas griddle, deckchairs and Kids' play equipment are also available for outdoor enjoyment.
