Holiday cottage next to the owner's house, located in a completely independent annex above the garages. Access is via 12 external steps leading to the Holiday cottage on the 1st floor.

On the second floor are 2 bedrooms (2 x 2-person beds 140 x 190), a large living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee machine, fridge and small freezer, etc.), a shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine, and separate WC. Air-conditioning (in the living room only) and heating included. On the 2nd floor, a spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine and 3rd bedroom: (4 single beds 90 x 190). Attic bedroom (approx. 7m² living space) with a maximum height of 1m88. Narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric shutters and velux blinds on windows. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Garage available for storage of bikes and motorcycles. The large enclosed communal courtyard provides parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. Private terrace with large dining table and barbecue, private enclosed garden. Large balcony at the entrance to the Holiday cottage. Electric charging point for cars.
