New house built in 2022 in a quiet residential area. On the ground floor, it comprises a large 30m² living room with lounge, dining area and equipped open kitchen, with direct access to the terrace and private garden. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the property. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be converted into a double bed on request. A second double bedroom (160x200) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Ideally located close to the Strasbourg - Mulhouse motorway, our gîte offers immediate access to Colmar and the charming villages of the Route des Vins. Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim are less than 10 minutes from Colmar, and Eguisheim is a 15-minute drive away... At the crossroads of numerous cycle paths, bicycles are welcome!
Germany is 45 minutes away, offering the possibility of a day of discovery in Freiburg or relaxation at Europa Park and Rulantica.
