Discover our charming 115 m² Detached house, ideal for 6 people, located a stone's throw from the historic center of Kaysersberg, one of Alsace's jewels.

Just a few steps up, and you're on your way to the first floor, where you'll find a convivial living room, a separate toilet, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Here you'll find everything you need for a pleasant meal: raclette, pierrade, blender, mixer, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker and induction hob.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable, well-thought-out sleeping area: a modern shower room, a first bedroom with a 140x190 motorized bed and TV, a second spacious bedroom with a 180x200 bed, and a library equipped with an elliptical bike leading to a third bedroom with two 90x200 beds (which can be moved closer together as required).

The basement features a practical laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and a second refrigerator for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy a private area with table and gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor moments.
We accept one pet (upon validation) and provide baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub and potty) on request.
The house is secured by an alarm, deactivated during your stay.
For parking, we offer free street parking all year round, except in December, when we suggest you park inside our private property.
