Situated in the heart of a small Alsatian village near Colmar, close to the Route des Vins, mountains and forests, hiking and biking trails, museums, Patricia offers this gîte ideal for 4 people.
Set in a large house, this gîte has a private terrace with garden furniture, and comprises an entrance opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc., a comfortable living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and dining table. The stairs lead up to the sleeping area, where you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a shaded balcony and a relaxing armchair. A second bedroom with two single beds (90*200cm) and a shower room with WC, shower and washing machine/dryer. Parking is available in the courtyard shared with the other gîte. You'll be ideally located, 5 minutes from the motorway, for visiting all the highlights of our beautiful region. Close to the most beautiful Christmas markets, the Route des Vins, castles, parks, 18-hole golf courses, museums, Europa Park (Rust, Germany), the Rhine Ring motor racing circuit (Biltzheim), and of course all the historic sites, including the Hartmannswillerkopf museum.
Pets accepted under certain conditions.

Nous avons profité de voir beaucoup de marché de Noël du à la voie A35 et l'accueil fut fort agréable. Si vous voulez visiter l'Alsace je vous recommande le gîte de Patricia une personne charmante et accueillante.

Peter Our first visit to Alsace. Everything was 100% and most enjoyable.
The accommodation, to us, is traditionally French, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The little terrace is a suntrap. There is a supermarket within four hundred metres and access to main roads, domaines, the cities and even the German border is ideal. A great spot for adventures in Alsace.

Déjà venus dans ce gite en 2022, nous avons été de nouveau accueillis chaleureusement par Patricia.

Philippe Très belle découverte de l’alsace
Gîte situé de 30 mn à 1 heure de tout ce qu’il y a à découvrir de l’Alsace. Du village pittoresque aux grandes villes grâce à l’accès autoroutier à 2mn du logement. Gîte très bien entretenu. Patricia est très avenante, disponible et à l’écoute.
