Between Basel and Mulhouse: set in 1900m² of enclosed grounds with access via a large electrically-operated gate, this non-smoking gîte for 2 to 4 people is located on the second floor of a building separate from the owners' house.

The gîte is fully equipped, with a bedroom with a 2 x 90x200 double bed (separable), closets, chest of drawers and a dressing room. The living room includes a sitting area with TV (TNT), DVD player, mini-stereo and a 140x190 cm convertible sofa, opening onto the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and storage space. A washing machine and small freezer are available on the ground floor.
A large part of the grounds is planted with grass and trees, and is equipped with a swing and slide for children. The rest of the property is divided between a large paved courtyard, former stables and a large indoor swimming pool (which can be uncovered), which is usually open from early May to early October, with water temperatures ranging from 25° to 32°. A small changing room with heated indoor and outdoor showers completes the facility. The pool is shared with the owners, subject to the tenants' acceptance of the health and safety regulations. Garden furniture, table and chairs, a large parasol, gas barbecue, beach beds and recliners are available. (Bath sheets are not supplied).
