Detached house ideally located for visiting Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar (15 km from both), 3 km from the freeway, a few minutes from the Ecomusée and the Parc du Petit Prince, close to the picturesque villages of the Alsace Vineyard, in a small historic city with all amenities; the Holiday cottage in a quiet neighborhood is adjacent to the owner's house.
Completely renovated house on three levels.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace (facing south-west) and the living-dining room with TV and DVD player, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with a 90x190 cm single bed), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with two 80x200 cm electric beds) and a toilet with vanity unit.
The basement features storage space and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers.
Baby equipment includes a canvas cot, changing mat, high chair, booster seat and potty (......).
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with an approval pond (not secured), green space, sandpit, sunbathing area and various games.
Holiday cottage does not accept pets.
Please note: The gite is equipped with an alarm, activated only when unoccupied.
