Located in the heart of Alsace, the Wagner Lipp family welcomes you all year round to this typical village house dating back to 1820 and fully renovated into a charming gîte combining half-timbering and period stonework. "Chez Netty" offers independent accommodation for up to 11 people. Private interior courtyard with space for 2 vehicles and a reinforced socket for charging electric vehicles. Possibility of sleeping an extra 2 people on the sofa bed on the first floor in the games area. On the first floor, you'll be greeted by a large entrance hall with its magnificent period stone wall, and a beautiful games room in the house's former wine cellar. Comprising a 2-seater sofa bed, table soccer and a number of board games and books. For your convenience, a laundry room with toilet, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board & iron and clothes line. New for 2024: Relax in our wellness area, featuring a 5-6 person sauna, rest area and shower. Following the main staircase and its majestic stone wall, the 1st floor gives way to a large living room of over 70m², adorned with period half-timbering. This space includes the lounge, living room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll also find a separate toilet, a double shower room with walk-in shower, and a double bedroom (160*200cm bed) with walk-in closet.
In the living room, next to the pellet stove, you'll appreciate the comfort of a large corner sofa and armchair, a height-adjustable coffee table, a large TV and a private WIFI connection (fiber). Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with two basins and a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. On the night side, you'll find two double bedrooms (160*200cm beds) and one bedroom with three single beds (90*200cm). Each bedroom has a dressing area.
