The gîte chez Franz Aloïs welcomes you to the heart of the Sundgau region, close to Switzerland and Germany.

The house is located on the main street of the village of Ueberstrass.
Many activities await you: hiking and biking, small and large towns to discover, Alsatian gastronomy, cultural heritage....
Its geographical location offers numerous possibilities for discovery: neighboring Switzerland, Germany, the Alsatian Jura, Franche-Comté, the Ballons des Vosges regional park, the Alsatian vineyards, Europa-Park...
Completely renovated inside, its modern equipment and antique furnishings offer comfort and authenticity. Outside, a terrace and flower-filled garden await you for festive or relaxing breaks!
The half-timbered house, a former farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century and has been in the family since the late 18th century.
On the ground floor you'll find a shower room with WC, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a TV lounge and a dining room. The Kammer (living room) and Stuwa (sitting room) are ideal for sharing convivial moments with family and friends.
Upstairs, the ancestors' room invites you to relax, read, play games and access the bedrooms with their antique-style furniture for a quality rest.
The first bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed, and the other three bedrooms each have a 120x190cm bed. A separate toilet is located between 2 individual bedrooms.
The careful, unique and authentic decoration in each room will delight you for what we hope will be an unforgettable stay!
A slow charging station is available for charging your vehicles and electric bikes.
Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, games, baby carrier, bathtub.

All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom have parquet floors, some of which date back to the 19th century. Please bring your own slippers.
