Chalet Martine

The Nedelec family invites you to stay at Chalet Martine, built in 2021 on the slopes of Muhlbach sur Munster. This completely independent chalet, with a surface area of 230 m², can accommodate 10 people in great comfort. Capacity can be increased to 12 with the use of a sofa bed in the recreation room.

The Chalet Martine is set over 3 levels, including a ground floor fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises: a large living room with lounge, billiard table, fireplace with wood supplied free of charge, large connected TV with Bluetooth speaker, fully-equipped open kitchen (wine cellar, top-of-the-range appliances, bean and filter coffee machine) and dining area. The kitchen has been designed for wheelchair access. Also on this level is a PMR-accessible bedroom with a large 160*200cm double bed and private shower room with WC. On the lower level, 3 bedrooms and a Wellbeing area featuring a sauna, curved treadmill, corner bath and walk-in shower. 2 bedrooms have double beds (160x200) and shower and washbasin areas open onto the bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds for 4 beds (90x190) and 2 separate WCs. Finally, on the upper level, the mezzanine gaming room features a table soccer table as well as numerous games and books for Kids. This room has a sofa bed for 2 people, with the best view of the valley in the whole house when you wake up! Large private garden with playground for Kids (swing and slide), petanque court and the Spa, which has 2 pools: one in the form of a Jacuzzi and the other in the form of a swimming pool. Garage for one car, bicycles and several parking spaces, including 2 with electric vehicle recharging points. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the laundry room with everything you need. Household linen, bed linen and towels are provided. Beds made on arrival, cleaning included. Baby equipment available: high chairs, cots, changing tables. The Chalet can accommodate a couple with reduced mobility.
All living areas are on one level and easily accessible: entrance/garage, bedroom + adapted shower room, kitchen, large living room (with pool table), main terrace.
However, there is no elevator to access the mezzanine games room or level -1 (Spa area). The garden has steps
