The 40m² Holiday cottage includes a fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine only, no dishwasher in the kitchen, oven, microwave, etc.), living room with 2-seater sofa bed, DTT TV, bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), bathroom, separate toilet and central heating.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage, 20m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, veranda and large 35-acre plot with two small unenclosed ponds, fishing facilities.
Bed linen included, beds made on arrival, towels included. Hinged shutters on all windows. Accessed from the outside, we renovated the garage in 2025: a modern kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine and dining area keeps you cool on hot days.
Bicycles can be stored in part of the enclosed garage.

Visiting Belfort, Colmar and Alsace corridor. Resting and enjoying warmth inside that Chalet. Business-meeting was easy to reach in Colmar by D83 road, about 25 mn drive. Pleasant and efficient rooms mutual arrangements. Immaculate interior. Amazing, ultrawhite painted and LEDs enlighted, large room, located at 3500 sqm garden-level ground-floor. Private and poetic pond, calmly hosting free swimming life, do not disturb...

Michael et Christine Bonne adresse pour un bon séjour
Bon accueil, hôtes sympathiques et souriants. De très bons conseils pour des sorties (restaurants et visites). Le cadeau de bienvenu était rafraichissant et nous l'avons bien appréciés. La literie était très bonne. Le gîte dans son ensemble nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Pour ne pas mettre que du positif, on n'a pas eu l'occasion de tester la terrasse !!!!! (HUMOUR) la saison de notre séjour y joue totalement, en janvier dans l'Est, nous avons eu ce que nous étions venus chercher, à savoir un peu de froid et un peu de neige, nous avons été servis. Pour conclure, nous garderons de notre séjour que de bons souvenirs et pourquoi ne pas y revenir. Signés : Deux Bretons en visite en Alsace

Veruschka Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wintergarten, Terasse und Teich.
Komfortabeler Aufenthalt mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Es war alles da was man benötigt hat. Vor der Eingangstür befindet sich eine Terasse und hinter dem Haus ein Wintergarten. Es gibt zwei Fischteiche an den man sogar Eisvögel beobachten kann. Internet ist gegen Aufpreis vorhanden.
