Bretzel et Manala

The gîte is located in Ammerschwihr in the heart of the vineyards, on the Wine Route, 2 km from Kaysersberg, voted France's favorite village in 2017, and 5 km from Colmar, capital of Alsace wines. This is a large 370 m² half-timbered Alsatian house with a large terrace and private courtyard. Ideal for a family reunion or a get-together with friends. The 15-person house was completely renovated in 2018 on 4 air-conditioned levels, and fitted out for the comfort of holidaymakers.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table seating 15, and a small living room. There's also a 2-person bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor of the house, you'll find 4 bedrooms for 2 people, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. A loft-style common area is located on the 2nd floor. Here you'll find 5 single beds, a bathroom with separate toilet and a TV corner with gaming room. Games for Kids are also available, and the garden level is a great place to spend convivial evenings playing billiards or table soccer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 fridges (one with a freezer section), filter coffee maker, kettle, 1 Nespresso machine, Kenwood food processor, raclette appliances and plancha. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All beds, measuring 90X200, can be assembled to make double beds. An Umbrella bed and high chair can also be provided, and a large terrace with tables, benches, garden furniture and barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The accommodation is located in a quiet village with neighbors in the immediate vicinity. We ask our tenants not to make noise on the terrace or talk loudly outside the house after 10:00 pm. As a result of tenant abuse, we had to install a camera to film the outside terrace, with images saved for a week. A noise monitor was also installed on the terrace to enable tenants to regulate the noise level outside.
