Detached house ideally located for visiting Alsace. Located 5 km from the freeway, in the center of the village, close to the owner's house. This Holiday cottage, tastefully renovated in the colors of Alsace, will seduce you with its comfort, harmony, spaciousness, brightness and warm decor, both authentic and contemporary. Non-smoking Holiday cottage with electric heating (extra charge), library, games, beds made on arrival and 50 euros cleaning charge. Arranged on two levels, the first floor comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a double bedroom (140x190), a bathroom (bath and shower), a toilet and a veranda. Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms (1x140x190 and 1x90x190) and a toilet with washbasin. Outside, you'll enjoy the enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, plus two parking spaces. Bikes and various games are available for young and old. No Wifi.

If you are not interested in the end-of-stay cleaning option, a deposit of 50 euros will be required on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you on departure after an inventory has been made.
