Independent entrance to an old winegrower's house where the owners live on one side. Access to the Holiday cottage via 3 outside steps, then 3 inside steps leading to the living room. The half-storey gîte comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with 4 gas rings, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee-maker, etc., a sitting area with sofa, flat-screen TV and WiFi Internet access, and a mezzanine sleeping area with a 160x200 double bed. PAC central heating. Bed linen is included in the price. Near the Holiday cottage, you'll find a vineyard garden and wine trails where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll. Pets are not allowed. Free public parking lot located 30m from the house, but an inner courtyard for a motorcycle or two bikes is available. Baby equipment available on request: Umbrella bed and high chair.
