Ground floor: living room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 beds 90 x 190, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom for 2 with 2 single beds (90cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa bed. Bathroom with WC. 1 terrace, unfenced green space, private parking. Garden shed that can be used as a storage room (stroller, bike, ski, etc.). Cot and high chair available on request. 15 minutes from Colmar, on the Alsace wine route. Wifi available. No smoking.
