Detached Holiday cottage in a half-timbered house with flowers. The owner lives on the same property but at the bottom of the garden. Ideally located, in a green setting, on the Route des Vins, 4km from Obernai and 25km from Strasbourg. 2km from the 'Voie Verte' (cycle path) and close to Hiking trails.

On the first floor is the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker + Senséo, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner ....) opening onto the living area with sofa, armchair, coffee tables, TV and DVD player.

Upstairs you'll find :
- shower room with WC, washing machine and hairdryer
- a first bedroom with a double bed
- a second, more spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed.

Reversible heat pump: heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. Electricity and tourist tax extra.

Sheet rental option: 6 euros per bed.
Optional 'cleaning package' on departure: 30 euros

Private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Playground equipment, ping-pong table, 2 non-electric mountain bikes available free of charge.
Possibility of storing your bikes, roof box... in a private, covered and closed storage area.
Two parking spaces in the enclosed courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage, reserved for holidaymakers.
