Ideally located just a stone's throw from the famous Royal Palace in Kirrwiller (5 km away), you'll find self-catering accommodation on the first floor of a house in the owner's courtyard.

Bedroom 1: One 160 cm double bed
Bedroom 2: One 180cm double bed, convertible into two 90cm single beds, plus one 90cm single bed).
The Holiday cottage has a modern shower room and separate WC. A living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. Underfloor heating is included.
Shared outdoor areas: A shared green space with several terraces equipped with garden furniture, and a heated summer swimming pool (period of availability according to weather), a petanque court, a ping-pong table, table soccer, barbecue and parking are also at your disposal. Private washing machine in accommodation, shared tumble dryer (free access to laundry room).
For professionals, a cleaning package is compulsory.

Fiona and Sam Wonderful holiday!
We had a fantastic stay!
Simone and Christophe were so kind, helpful and just generous warm people. When my son had a nosebleed on our first night, Simone didn't falter - out came some magic spray and the whole thing all over his pillow just disappeared- what a pro! They left us lovely fresh goodies from the Boulangerie, insisted we share an aperitif - and all while none of us really spoke the others language! Using a bit of pigeon lingo and google translate, they gave us excellent recommendations for days out which I am so glad we took up - it was fab!
We loved Chemin des Cimes!
The apartment is so well appointed it had everything and was immaculately clean...everything was thought of. We enjoyed lots of outdoor dining using the Barbecue and my son lived in the pool. Quite simply we loved it. After a very tough time personally with our daughters health, it was just what we all needed.

Bénédicte Beau séjour en Alsace en famille
Très beau gîte, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons passées une magnifique semaine en famille à découvrir et redécouvrir les merveilles de l'Alsace. Une superbe journée au cabaret Royal Palace. Hôte très accueillant et discret, on imagine que votre magnifique coin détente en extérieur, piscine, cuisine d'été, salon de jardin... doit être un merveille aux beaux jours. Et que dire de nos 2 voisines, très pudique, mais que nous avons put prendre en photo le dernier jour, un nid de cigogne à moins de 100m de la location. Encore merci. Marie-Claude, Marie et Bénédicte

Sophie Excellentes vacances en famille
Le séjour a été parfait, Simone et Christophe sont des hôtes très accueillants et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Le gîte est idéal pour rapidement être à l'aise (bien equipe, très propre). Les espaces extérieures permettent de passer de bons moments en famille piscine, babyfoot, table de ping pong. Merci pour cette belle semaine
