This charming Semi-detached house is located in a small wine-producing village just a few kilometers from the famous Alsace Wine Route and the Chemin des châteaux fort d'Alsace. Bernardvillé lies exactly between Strasbourg and Colmar, 10 minutes from Barr and 20 minutes from Obernai and Sélestat. Half-timbered houses, beautiful geraniums and the Vineyard will be part of your everyday life. Hiking trails are also accessible from the house.

Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase from the terrace.
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and a separate toilet.
On the first floor is the living room opening onto the private terrace with garden furniture, the lounge and the kitchen area. A shower room and WC are also located on this floor.
Central heating and bed linen are included. Baby bed available.
The garden opposite the Holiday cottage is shared with the owner's second Holiday cottage 'La Cigogne' H67G013424. Private parking for Holiday cottage. Tourist tax not included.
