Contemporary Bungalow at the gateway to a village on the Route des Vins, just 5 km from Marlenheim and 17 km from Strasbourg. This new, detached house welcomes you to a peaceful setting, with a 180 m² enclosed garden and a south-facing wooden terrace with pergola. To make the most of the outdoors, garden furniture is at your disposal. The surroundings are ideal for relaxing and exploring the region: Hiking (direct access to the Chapelle circuit from the Holiday cottage), mountain biking on the Marlenberg hill, cycling (3 km away), and discovering the charming winegrowing villages with their colorful facades. Strasbourg is easily accessible by bus or via a parking lot. When it comes to gastronomy, let yourself be seduced by local specialties and Alsatian culinary traditions. The lodge benefits from a privileged Location, halfway between Eguisheim (elected favorite village of the French in 2013), Kaysersberg (in 2017) and Hunspach (in 2020). Nearby, enjoy unique experiences with the Royal Palace show in Kirrwiller (30 minutes away) or Europa-Park, voted the world's best theme park, just an hour away. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, a sightseeing trip or even Telework!

Our house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It consists of :

- A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, freezer) opening onto a bright living room with a large 3.60 m bay window facing south, giving access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed 180x200 cm
- Bedroom 2: two single beds or one king-size bed 180x200 cm
- Modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
Separate WC and laundry room.
- Heating by pellet stove for a cosy atmosphere.
