First floor: bedroom 1 (2-person sofa bed) with en-suite shower room, living and dining room, fitted kitchen, separate toilet. 1st level: bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds for 1 person), bedroom 3 (1 bed for 2 persons), bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds for 1 person), bedroom 5 (1 bed for 2 persons), shower room accessible from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, bathroom, separate WC. 2nd level: living room with sleeping facilities (2-person sofa bed, 1-person sofa bed), bathroom and separate WC. Heating included. Enclosed green space, garden furniture, barbecue, parking in enclosed courtyard. Tourist tax not included. Possibility of 2 additional people for €40/day/person. Cleaning and laundry services are compulsory at a cost of €150 per stay, to ensure that every guest receives a high standard of service on arrival.
