To reach the accommodation, take the majestic staircase of this beautiful residence.
Once you've passed through the door, you'll find yourself in an atypical half-level accommodation.
On the upper floor is a mezzanine bedroom with a magnificent view over the grounds.
On the lower floor, the grandiose living room awaits you. It features a living room, open kitchen and dining area. The shower room and separate toilet are also located on this level.
For your comfort: bathroom linen, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries.
The gîte is air-conditioned.
From the living room, you can access the terrace.
A swimming pool and sauna are also available, as well as a pétanque court. These facilities are available to share. In fact, the establishment offers 2 other accommodations: Jacques (4 people) and Thérèse (6 people).
Outside, you can take advantage of a 3-hectare green park and relax on the banks of the Sauer, the nearby river. Private parking is also available on the property.

Karl Urlaub de luxe
Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende auf dem großzügigen Anwesen verbracht. Christine hat sich um alles gekümmert, um uns einen möglichst angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Wohnung besitzt ein tolles Design. Das hübsche Schwimmbad haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Beim Abschied sind wir noch ins Gespräch gekommen - auch der Ehemann von Christine hat sich dazu gesellt - und wir konnten feststellen, dass wir bei sehr herzlichen Leuten zu Gast waren. Vielen Dank für alles!

Jenny et Laurent expérience excellente. Idéale pour visiter l'alsace du Nord et loger dans un cadre superbe.
Un gîte très beau gîte pour une semaine cocooning. accès à une piscine et à un jacuzzi, très agréable lorsqu'on revient de randonnée et les conseils judicieux de la logeuse quand nécessaire.

Emma et Nicholas Séjour parfait dans un gîte parfait
Notre hôte était très agréable et avait préparé un tapis de jeu et un lit parapluie pour notre bébé de 2 mois et demi.
Le gîte est neuf et très bien équipé, ainsi que décoré avec goût.
Piscine intérieure chauffée, jacuzzi (et bientôt sauna), quoi de mieux pour passer des vacances relaxantes!
Bonne localisation, à une grosse demi-heure de Strasbourg. Nous avons également visité Colmar, un peu plus loin, mais facilement accessible. Des commerces à proximité (Super U et Carrefour Express) se sont également avérés très pratique. Nous avons pu, par ailleurs, aller dîner dans dans plusieurs excellents restaurants très proches du gîte.
Un micro souci de WiFi a été réglé le jour même par notre hôte, très appréciable!
