Welcome to our comfortable holiday cottage, located on the garden level of the owner’s home (a few steps down), in the heart of Alsace and right next to the region’s most beautiful tourist attractions. Ideally located just 20 km from Strasbourg, 10 km from Obernai and the famous Alsace Wine Route, and 40 minutes from Colmar, the holiday cottage is a prime starting point for exploring Alsace’s cultural, culinary, and historical treasures.

The cottage features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet.

You’ll also enjoy a pleasant, shaded patio with garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing.

Underfloor heating is included for your comfort.

A reversible air conditioning unit, installed in the living area, effectively cools the entire holiday cottage during the summer months.

Parking is available on an enclosed lot, with a dedicated shelter for bicycles and motorcycles.

Nature lovers and fans of sustainable tourism will appreciate the proximity to the Bruche Valley Cycle Route, ideal for bike rides, as well as the Vosges foothills, which offer numerous hiking trails suitable for all skill levels.

The nearest train station is just 3 km away, providing easy access to Strasbourg and other cities in the region by train.
