This duplex Holiday cottage, on the first floor of the owner's house, is located in a picturesque village in central Alsace, ideally situated halfway between Strasbourg (42 km) and Colmar (30 km). It's just 12 km from the famous Alsace Wine Route and 25 km from Europa Park. This privileged location on the Alsace plain is perfect for discovering and enjoying the region's many attractions.

The Holiday cottage includes

- one bedroom with a double bed, opening onto a balcony
- two attic bedrooms, each with two single beds.
- A sitting area and kitchen, with access to a sheltered balcony with garden furniture.
- The bathroom has a bath and shower, and separate WC.
- Central heating is included.

Outside, you'll find a relaxation area with garden furniture, as well as parking and a green area planted with trees.

The laundry room, located on the landing, is equipped with a shared washing machine and dryer. A second Holiday cottage (H67G013233) is also located on the same landing.

This flower-filled, typically Alsatian farm cottage can accommodate families, and offers a baby bed and high chair on request.
