The gîte is on one level, on the first floor of a house next to a character property operating as a 'Group holiday cottage' (Villa Le riesack - H67P014110). The property is located on the edge of Forest and meadows, just outside Niederbronn-les-bains (3km from the City). This accommodation can be rented in addition to the 'Group holiday cottages' or on its own.

Accommodation comprises four bedrooms: Chambre Tournesol (2 beds 90x190), Chambre Iris (2 beds 90x190, shower and washbasin). The Magnolia room (1 bed 140x190) and the Dahlia room (a bunk bed + 1 bed 90x190) are en enfilade.
There's a dining room adjoining the kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Heating included. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, games for Kids (volleyball, rackets...). Private parking on site. Tourist tax not included.
