Le Kettelse

Kuttolsheim is a small village in the Kochersberg region, 22 minutes from Strasbourg and Saverne. It lies on an ancient Roman road linking Saverne to Strasbourg. Surrounded by greenery, the village boasts a number of footpaths winding from the source of the Souffel river, through the vineyards on the village heights, to the center of the village and its beautiful little streets. Marlenheim is 8 minutes away and is the starting point for the Wine Route.

You'll be staying in the main house of this former farmhouse located opposite the owner's house. The house consists of two large apartments (this one and H67G029437; possibility of renting the whole house H67G030832).
The first floor features a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate toilet.
On the second floor, you'll find :
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, each with its own Lake (shower, washbasin and WC).
- a second, independent shower room with shower and Lake vanity unit
- an independent WC
On the second and top floor is a large room offering a second lounge area with TV, ... as well as a double pull-out bed and a sofa bed for 1 Kids. This space is entirely open-plan.

An outdoor space with a terrace (with garden table, chairs, barbecue), a swing and a grassy area.

Outside, there's a private parking space in the owner's courtyard.
