Charming duplex gîte completely renovated in 2023. It offers a separate entrance and is located on the first floor of a house, part of an old traditional farmhouse.

On the first floor (accessed by 2/3 steps), you enter directly into the kitchen, which opens onto the living area, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. Each is equipped with two beds, storage space and a small desk.
Central heating is included.

Shared with the other accommodations; enjoy a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor space includes a large garden with furniture, barbecue, table tennis, children's games and on-property parking. The property houses 5 gîtes and 3 chambres d'hôtes. A tourist tax is applicable in addition.
