Two bedrooms separated by an open partition (4 single beds), a kitchen-living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a shower room with WC.
Facilities include satellite TV and central heating.

Communal facilities include a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as outdoor areas with garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis and children's games.
The property houses 5 gîtes and 3 chambres d'hôtes, creating a friendly atmosphere.
A tourist tax is applicable in addition, and pets are welcome for a supplement of €5 per day per animal.
