Holiday cottage ideally located in the heart of Alsace, between Strasbourg (30 minutes) and Colmar (35 minutes), close to the Alsace Wine Route (15 km) and just 20 km from Europa-Park. Further information There will be occasional roadworks in the street in front of the house, during the day, over a period of several months. Access to the Holiday cottage will still be possible via an adjacent street, with parking possible in the courtyard. As the Holiday cottage is located at the back of the house, any nuisance is kept to a minimum. For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned.

Set in a separate outbuilding from the owner's house, the Holiday cottage is on two levels.
On the first floor, there's a pleasant living room with an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with direct access to a 20 m² south-facing terrace. A bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200), a shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
On the first floor, under the rafters, a mezzanine has been converted into a sleeping area with two single beds (possibility of accommodating one or two extra people with the owner's agreement).
The Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible heating (extra charge), air-conditioning, a wood-burning stove for an evening flambé (4 baskets supplied per week during the heating period), garden furniture with deckchairs, and a carport in the courtyard.

    Parfait

    Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit im Elsass.

    Très haut niveau !

    Nous sommes venus, nous avons profité de tout ce qu il y a autour et nous ne voulions plus partir !

    Ce gite est fabuleux. Décoré avec grand soin, très propre, pratique, avec des literies excellentes, un vrai canapé, un poêle à bois ... bref, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et il est idéalement situé pour les visites (region culturelle où il y en a pour tous les goûts).
    Enfin, le logement est totalement indépendant ce qui nous permet de nous sentir chez nous.

    Tharcisse et Annick sont des gens très bienveillants, au grand cœur, qui accueillent leurs hôtes avec respect et chaleur.

    Un immense merci pour tout cela.

    Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce cocon, que nous ne voulions plus quitter... Pour avoir déjà regardé les logements pour Noël 2026... les prochains gîtes n arriveront pas à la hauteur de celui ci... c est sûr !!

    J'ai trouvé cette location par hasard mais nous en sommes contents pas de regrets

    Le gîte est bien équipé,bien décoré
    Très bon accueil de Annick et Tharcisse
    Avons été bien renseigné pour aller au marché de Noël 🤶 🎅 sans avoir de problème de parking .
    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour un peu court mais vraiment merci encore ...
    Nous allons passé le message .merci
