In the heart of the Cleebourg vineyards, Steinseltz is a charming little village nestled in a valley bordered by vineyards and orchards. Here you'll discover a fine collection of half-timbered houses with their high cellars, where winegrowers used to store their barrels. Located close to Wissembourg and Hunspach, the site offers great opportunities for walking and exploring. Close to the German border, the region is packed with historic sites that bear witness to the battles of 1870 and 1940-1945, such as the Geisberg monuments and the Schoenenbourg fort.
