Cosy duplex apartment in a renovated traditional farmhouse.
On the first level, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher...) and a living room with satellite TV. Enjoy a spacious bathroom with a large shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
The second level offers a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a sitting area (convertible 1-2 pers.), as well as a second separate bedroom with 2 single beds.
Central heating is included, plus a tiled stove.
The neighboring gîte, G194, is on the same landing.

Shared facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.
Enjoy a green area, garden furniture, ping-pong table, barbecue, as well as private parking on the property, a courtyard and children's playground.
