Detached house where you will be the sole tenant. The first floor serves as the entrance, where you'll find extensive documentation on the entire region. A large table can also be used as a breakfast room. Upstairs, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a baby bed, a second bedroom (2 single beds 90 x190). A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area. Living room with TV, DVD player, mini-stereo, games, bookcase, sofa-bed for extra sleeping space. Bathroom with separate toilet. Large private covered terrace with grill and garden furniture. Green space with table and chairs. Parking in owner's courtyard. Reinforced socket for recharging electric car. Free baby equipment on request. Central heating included. Tourist tax not included: 1.10€/night/adult over 18.
