La Maison de Claudine

Detached house in the owner's winegrower courtyard, located in a village on the Wine Route close to tourist attractions. The owners, Claudine & Christian, are happy to share their profession with you and offer you the chance to taste the fruits of their labor.

On the first floor of the house, you'll find: a 1st bedroom, the dining-living room with wood-burning stove, the open-plan kitchen, a 1st shower room and a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine is on the same level.
On the 1st level, you'll arrive at a pleasant relaxation area serving two additional bedrooms, a 2nd shower room and a 2nd separate toilet.
On the 2nd level, you'll find the last two bedrooms.
A 65m² terrace with lounge is accessed via an outside staircase. A second, smaller terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, adjoining the house, is accessible from the living room for outdoor dining. Petanque court. Private parking for Holiday cottage. Heating included. Tourist tax not included.
