La maison Alsacienne

Kuttolsheim is a small village in the Kochersberg region, 22 minutes from Strasbourg and Saverne. It lies on an ancient Roman road linking Saverne to Strasbourg. Surrounded by greenery, the village boasts a number of footpaths winding from the source of the Souffel river, through the vineyards on the village heights, to the center of the village and its beautiful little streets. Marlenheim is 8 minutes away and is the starting point for the Wine Route.

You will stay in the main house of this former farmhouse located opposite the owner's house. The house consists of two large apartments, and this ad groups these 2 accommodations together.
The first apartment features a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate toilet.
On the second floor, you'll find :
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a high double bed with 2 small beds for young Kids underneath
- a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin
- a mezzanine area with access to a balcony
- a separate WC
On the second and top floor is a large room featuring a games area with table soccer, TV and a double bed. This space is entirely open-plan.

The second apartment features a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor, you'll find :
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, each with its own Lake (shower, washbasin and WC).
- a second, independent bathroom with shower and washbasin
- an independent toilet.
On the second and top floor is a large room offering a second lounge area with TV, ... as well as a double pull-out bed and a sofa bed for 1 Kids. This space is entirely open-plan.

Outside, you'll find private parking in the owner's courtyard. In addition, the garden features a terrace (with garden table, chairs and barbecue), a swing and a grassy area.
