A detached house in the courtyard of an old farmhouse, "La hutte des castors" is located on the banks of the River Ill in the hamlet of Ehnwihr. Part of the commune of Muttersholtz, capital of biodiversity and storks, Ehnwihr boasts a number of tourist attractions, including a Maison de la Nature, a free "barefoot" trail, hiking and cycling paths. You'll be ideally placed to discover Alsace, halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, close to the Wine Route and Haut-Koenigsbourg, but also to Germany and the Europa Park and Rulantica theme parks.

Gîte layout: 3 bedrooms (1st floor: CH1 (1 bed 2p) 2nd floor: CH3 (2 beds 1p), CH2-palier (1 bed 2p) ), living room, bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
with bath, shower and separate wc, first floor: kitchen, wc, veranda. The gîte has an outdoor area with barbecue and small riverside terrace.
Wifi access. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room, parking. Central heating included. Tourist tax not included.
There are also plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and canoeing, and for discovering local products (weathervane, craft brewery, pottery, flat-boat tour of the Ried).

Il vous proposera également des sorties découverte en barques au fil de l’eau, de Pâques à la Toussaint.
Elles vous feront découvrir le Ried alsacien et sa nature sous un visage nouveau.
Patrick est passionné de nature et d'histoire et fait partie de plusieurs associations locales.

Magnifique séjour le Gîte est très bien situé.Nous avons pû faire beaucoup d activités dont Europa-Park situé a une trentaine de kms et Colmar il y a également un super restaurant a côté du gîte je vous le conseille ç est très bon il faut réserver absolument !!!😋😋Le propriétaire Patrick est très gentil et discret il nous a offert un cadeau de bienvenue 🥰

Pascal Situation géographique centrale du gîte, le top !
Nous étions 2 couples. Un accueil comme on les aime, malgré une arrivée tardive, grand merci.
Le gîte est très agréable et très bien équipé.
Sa situation géographique permet de naviguer facilement partout en Alsace !

Pour nous, c'etait la 7-eme fois a la Hutte des Castors et aussi cette fois tout etait detendu.
