This farmhouse Holiday cottage, adjoining 'Le Climont' H67G013384 and the owner's house, is located in a natural mid-mountain setting, on the edge of the Forest and the village. Just 20 km from the Alsace Wine Route and Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, and ideally situated between Strasbourg and Colmar, it's the perfect base for exploring the region.

On the first floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet.
The spacious living room, with a dining and relaxation area, opens onto the kitchen.

From the kitchen, you can access a terrace equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms await you: one with twin beds and a single bed, and the other with a double bed.

A bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.
- Central heating is included for your convenience.
- Bed linen is not provided, but can be rented for €5/bed.

In common, you can enjoy an indoor swimming pool (closed from 4/11 to 20/12/2024 and from 6/01 to 4/04/2025), a sauna, a pleasant outdoor area with a pond, a petanque court, as well as a play portico with swing.
Parking is also available on site.
