Half-level gite: 3 bedrooms - 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers - 2 WCs.
1st level: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto terrace (20m²)
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 2p), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 1p), shower room, separate wc.
2nd level: living-dining room - children's corner
3rd level: Bedroom 3 (2 single beds), bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Garden furniture, swing, children's games, parking.
Water - electricity - central heating included. Any consumption not related to the usual use of a rental will be subject to additional invoicing (e.g. electric vehicle recharging, etc.) Tourist tax not included.
