A beautiful living area awaits you, featuring an open kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area. On this level, you’ll also find the first bathroom with a shower, a vanity, a toilet, and a washer and dryer. Five steps lead up to the sleeping area and the second bathroom. You’ll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a third bedroom with a double bed. The second bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a second toilet.

Outside, you’ll have access to a private terrace facing the street. Only a few tractors and cars pass by there.
There’s also a small green space 10 meters from the house, extending from the barn. You’ll also have two private parking spaces along the side of the barn.

Access to the house is via 10 steps.
