This charming detached house is located in a small wine-growing village just a few kilometers from the famous Alsace Wine Route and the Chemin des châteaux fort d'Alsace (between Strasbourg and Colmar). Bernardvillé lies exactly between Strasbourg and Colmar, 10 minutes from Barr, 20 minutes from Obernai and Sélestat. Half-timbered houses, beautiful geraniums and the Vineyard will be part of your everyday life. Hiking trails are also accessible from the house.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with three single beds. A small play area for Kids is located on the landing.
On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen separated from the living room by half-timbering, a bathroom (bath + shower) and a separate toilet.
A veranda opens onto the enclosed courtyard, with garden furniture, private barbecue and carport.
The garden is shared with the owner's second Holiday cottage, 'L'Ottonel' H67G013351.
