Located in a picturesque wine village with traditional houses, this detached half-timbered house welcomes you to the heart of the famous Cleebourg Vineyard, the official start of the Alsace Wine Route. Just a few kilometers from the German border and close to the Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord, this is an ideal location for lovers of nature and tradition.

1st level: The entrance leads to a spacious living/dining room and kitchen that opens onto an 80 m² covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals.
This level also includes a first bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.

2nd level: 4 bedrooms, including one with private bathroom.
A shower room with WC.
The house is equipped with Electric heating and a tiled stove.

You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.

Exterior and services :

The garden is furnished with garden furniture and games for Kids. Parking is also available.
Piscine: The owner's heated above-ground swimming pool (7.10 x 3.60 m) is open from June 1 to September 30, from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Access to the pool is shared, while respecting the owner's freedom of use.

Tourist tax is extra.
