The house is located in the center of the charming flower-filled village of Stotzheim, offering easy access to local shops, services and points of interest.

1st level: living/dining room, fitted kitchen with access to a 13 m² terrace, bedroom with double bed, bathroom (with shower, bath and changing table) and separate toilet.

2nd level: four bedrooms (one with 3 single beds + a cot and three others with 2 single beds (Twin beds) ), a shower room (with shower), a separate WC, as well as a reading and gaming area for young and old.

Exterior:
The house has a pleasant private green space with deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing.

There's also a covered carport for 3 cars, a garage and a ping-pong table.
The courtyard is enclosed, ensuring safe and quiet parking.

The owner lives at the rear of the yard.
