This charming Holiday cottage offers an authentic experience in a typical farmhouse, located on the first floor of the owner's house. Ideally located between Colmar (30km) and Strasbourg (50km), and just 25km from Europapark, the Holiday cottage offers easy access to the treasures of Alsace, between the Rhine and the Vineyard.

The Holiday cottage is accessed via a separate entrance and staircase.

The property comprises four comfortable bedrooms:
the first with a double bed, the second with 3 single beds, the third with a double bed and the fourth with 3 single beds.
You'll enjoy a living room opening onto a balcony; a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area; a Lake with shower, washbasin and toilet; a bathroom with bath, washbasin and washing machine; and a separate toilet.

Central heating is included to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Outside, enjoy the garden furniture in the shared courtyard, where young and old alike can have fun with a sandpit, basketball hoop, slide, swings and table tennis table.
Parking is available in the courtyard.

You'll also have the pleasure of discovering life on the farm. Meet the cattle, chickens, donkey and dog that are an integral part of this rural environment.
