Discover this self-catering gîte, located on the first floor of a charming house on a wine-growing farm, on the famous Alsace Wine Route in the village of Epfig, which has all amenities.

The holiday cottage is located on the upper floor of the charming house on the vineyard estate.
Access is via a staircase with 20 steps.

A 60 m² terrace awaits you, furnished with outdoor seating covered by an awning—ideal for al fresco dining. A barbecue is provided, along with two sun loungers.

You enter the holiday cottage through a cozy living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, and a glass-ceramic cooktop.

The holiday cottage has two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).
Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds (90 cm)
