This large studio is located on the 1st floor of a detached house dating from the 1950s, which has been completely renovated to combine modern comforts with traditional materials. The studio comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a living room and a beautiful sleeping area. The Lake bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The house also accommodates a second apartment for 4 people on the first floor (H67G032212).
Outside, you can enjoy the fully-equipped summer kitchen, ping-pong table, darts area and garden, which may be shared with guests of the second accommodation. Parking is available in the property's fully fenced courtyard. A 3.5 kW socket is available for recharging your electric vehicle (payment on site).
Pets allowed: we only accept dogs - 1 per accommodation.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for the 2 accommodations.
You can also rent the whole house for 6 people (H67G032279).

Très beau studio spacieux au 1er étage décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
La salle de bains offre une belle vue sur les vignes.
Un séjour très appréciable, dans un cadre calme et soigné.
Les propriétaires sont discrets tout en réservant un accueil chaleureux et agréable.
Le kougelhopf de mamie était délicieux et a ajouté une belle touche gourmande à notre petit-déjeuner.
