This fully-renovated gîte is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house (a second gîte for 4 people is located upstairs, the 2 accommodations can communicate and be rented together) in an exceptional setting. Set on the Sonnenberg hillside and bordered by vineyards and forest, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting.
The accommodation comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds), a shower room and separate toilet.
Outside, there's a shared play area for children, as well as the starting point for numerous hikes and walks. A lovely private terrace lets you enjoy summer evenings.
Private parking. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers.
For private customers, if the cleaning option is not taken, the entire property must be returned in a perfectly clean condition, so as to distinguish between professionals and private customers.
