Just 6 minutes from Marlenheim, gateway to the Alsace Wine Route, you'll find all amenities and services. Discover Alsace's gastronomy, take a stroll along the wine trails or cycle along the cycle paths. Its location makes it easy to reach many tourist attractions: Obernai in 25 min, Mont Sainte-Odile in 40 min, Saverne and its Marina in 27 min, the Vosges mountains in 25 min, ....

The Holiday cottage is located on the second floor of this former hay barn. It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and small sitting area, a charming little bedroom with double bed, and a Lake with shower, WC and washbasin. Take the miller's staircase up to the second bedroom with mezzanine and double bed, which opens onto the living room. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace, the superb garden and the Piscine. The garden and Piscine are shared with guests in the owners' second 6-person accommodation (H67G032247), and there's a private parking space for your car. Continuing the farmhouse, you'll find the owners' house, the owner's driftwood workshop and the second accommodation. There is no oven in the kitchen, only a combination microwave. The Piscine is open from May to September, weather permitting.
