Sand is 30 min from Strasbourg and 40 min from Colmar, Europa-Park and Rulantica. Sélestat, Obernai, Mittelbergheim and the wine route are 20 min away. You'll be in the Ried region, with its many bicycle paths.

This accommodation is located on the first floor of an old barn, adjoining the owner's house.
On the first floor is the living area with open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin, laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms, a second Lake with shower and washbasin, a second independent toilet and a gaming/reading area.

Outside, you'll enjoy a 40m2 terrace directly accessible from the kitchen, a sauna, a shared swimming pool (7.50m x 3.50m x 1.50m) with the owners and private parking spaces.

The heated swimming pool is open from 9am to 8pm from June to August (this period may be extended depending on the weather).
The jacuzzi shown in the photo is for the exclusive use of the owners.

The staircase to the first floor is a little steep, and there is a step up to the 4th bedroom and toilet.

FORBIDDEN EVENTS: hen parties - bachelor parties - birthdays - various gatherings.

For the Holiday cottage's private terrace:
- If you use the barbecue, please clean it after use.
- The awning must always be retracted when you leave the accommodation, as there is a risk of it being torn off in the event of wind, rain or storm.
- The terrace light should be switched off when you are not using it or when you leave the gite.

For the Piscine :
- A shower is available next to the pool.
- Please do not enter the pool with sunscreen.
- Please close the safety shutter as soon as you stop using the pool.
- If the robot is running in the Piscine, please let it finish its cycle and don't take it out, we'll take care of it.
Parents remain solely responsible for their children. They must remain under your supervision.

Sauna :
- It is forbidden to minors.
- For reasons of hygiene, please always use a towel.
- Please remember to turn it off when you leave. If you don't, a surcharge may apply.

For the Spa :
- For reasons of hygiene, the Spa on the shared terrace is reserved exclusively for owners.

For all these points, you alone are responsible.
